Weekend Retreat

Each weekend will focus on building Confidence,
achieving Success and having Fun
Limited to 6 Participants

Start Your Own Colt
During this five day course, you will use the round pen and ground
exercises working up to the first saddling and ride on your youngster
Limited to 4 participants
Horses must be minimum of 22 months of age,
able to be safely trailered and handled

Cost $500/person
includes DIY stall for your horse
You bring bedding, feed and buckets

Round Pen Basics
This one day program will teach you and your horse
the basic maneuvers used in the round pen for
starting horses and correcting problems
Limited to 6 participants

Cost $175/person

Riding for Control
In this program you will establish control of the different parts of
your horse's body.  Exercises are simple and easy to achieve with time
allotted for practice. Your new skills and understanding will enable
you to continue your  horse's training at home.
Limited to 8 participants

3 Day - $400.00/person
2 Day - $300/person
includes DIY stall for your horse
You bring bedding, feed and buckets

 

Night School
  Learn the basics of the
Lyons Conditioned Response training methods in a class
environment using our horses.  Round pen techniques,
bridle work and the calm down cue are just
a few of the topics that will be covered in this 6 week course.

We offer bunkhouse accommodations right at the farm, on a first come, first served basis.  It will house 2 groups of 2 OR a group of up to 6 friends.  Includes full kitchen facilities & bath.
